Terms of Service

Welcome to RIDEHIVE, owned and operated by The Fuzion Group LLC (“Fuzion Group”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using RIDEHIVE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our platform.

1. Use of the Platform

You must be at least 13 years old to use RIDEHIVE. By using the service, you warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms. You agree to provide accurate information and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. User Content

You are solely responsible for any content you upload, post, or share on RIDEHIVE (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the operation and promotion of the platform. You must not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, harassing, hateful, offensive, or that infringes on the rights of others.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.

4. Prohibited Activities

  • Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation.
  • Posting or transmitting viruses, malware, or harmful code.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or other accounts.
  • Engaging in harassment, hate speech, or abusive conduct.

5. Intellectual Property

All RIDEHIVE content, features, and functionality (excluding User Content) are owned by The Fuzion Group LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to RIDEHIVE at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

RIDEHIVE is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, security, or availability of the platform. Your use of RIDEHIVE is at your sole risk.

The Fuzion Group LLC, its officers, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, RIDEHIVE.

We do not guarantee that the platform will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. While we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information and maintain cyber liability insurance, we expressly disclaim any liability for unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of your information, including as a result of data breaches, cyberattacks, or other third-party actions.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing RIDEHIVE in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Cyber Security and Data Protection

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption, secure hosting, and regular security assessments. We maintain cyber liability insurance to help protect against data breaches and related incidents.

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours of discovery, in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. However, we expressly disclaim any liability for damages resulting from data breaches, cyberattacks, or other security incidents.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Fuzion Group LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to your use of RIDEHIVE, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or rights of a third party, or your User Content.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of RIDEHIVE after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the Terms.
